Formación

In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential end-user IT support by diagnosing and resolving technology-related challenges.

Role Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive IT Support: Provide expert support for Microsoft Windows, MacOS-based workstations, and various smart mobile devices.
  • Installation and Configuration: Respond to work requests related to the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client software, video conferencing, and printing solutions for both local office and remote users.
  • Hardware and Software Deployment: Execute PC installations, troubleshoot issues, repair software, and deploy the latest technology releases.
  • Hardware Integration: Evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations while providing ongoing support for client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
Role Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft and MacOS operating systems, with solid experience supporting Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment.
  • Device Management and Software Deployment: Demonstrated proficiency in device management, software deployment tools (e.g., Tanium, SCCM), MDT, Intune, and various mobile device enterprise support, including management systems like MobileIron.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience working with Active Directory, remote support tools, printers, and ticketing systems is essential.
  • MacOS Proficiency: A good understanding of MacOS in an enterprise environment would be advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Possess professional written and oral communication skills with proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, a robust technology background, and an understanding of business processes.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the money transfer industry is a valuable asset.
