Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain Product documentation (e.g. Release documentation, PCI process documentation)
• Organize and manage our collaborative documentation platform (confluence) to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date (e.g. information about organization, processes, trainings, onboarding, support and create templates)
• Collaboration with different people / teams / sources to gather and verify information
• write well-structured and easy-to-understand documentation
• review and edit documentation for completeness, style, and accuracy, which includes correcting documentation created by other teams

Requirements :

• University degree (master / bachelor) in computer science / engineering / journalism or at least 3 years of experience in any of these areas
• Documentation isnt just a task for you; it's a passion for sharing knowledge in a valuable way with the teams. Strive to maintain and enhance the quality of documentation, embrace creativity to identify improvements, and take initiative and motivation to drive those enhancements forward.
• Strong attention to detail in order to maintain and improve the quality of the documentation.
• Analytical procedure and abstraction
• Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Optional but a major plus :

• First work experience in IT services and software development, preferred in the area of electronic payment.
• Experience with tools like Confluence, SharePoint, MS Visio, Doxygen, JIRA.
• Experience with authoring tools like Oxygen XML.
• Experience with DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture)
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• German knowledge would be beneficial
