Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device industry is preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees in conducting technical training activities.
• Oversee training materials, inventory, and training metrics for staff and trainees.
• Provide regular progress reports and training metrics to management.
• Develop, plan, and schedule training activities in response to MPS and NPI needs.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews of Trainers and Trainees.
• Prepare training records to ensure audit compliance.
• Participate in improvement projects and partner with engineering on investigations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Technical Diploma

Associate's Degree or equivalent

9 years' experience product assembly (training assemblers) or supervisory
