Descripción del empleo

As a certified Trusted Service Provider, we control over 35 million documents and carry out more than 180 million signatures a year, guaranteeing security, compliance and legal value.

Lead the frontend team, fostering high standards in code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Design and maintain scalable, modular frontend architecture using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.

Review code and ensure adherence to clean code principles and testing practices.

Mentor and support frontend developers, encouraging growth, continuous learning, and promoting engineering excellence across the team.

Coordinate with stakeholders across product, design & engineering, ensuring seamless integration, consistent delivery pipelines, and shared ownership of quality.

Drive continuous improvement in development workflows, including CI / CD, testing strategies, code review processes, and tooling enhancements.

Partner with the Engineering Manager to continuously improve team processes, delivery velocity, and technical quality.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical discussions, define and defend architectural proposals, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional agile teams.

6+ years of experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in React and Angular.

Deep understanding of CSS architecture and preprocessors such as SASS & JSS, with the ability to implement responsive, mobile-first, and accessible user interfaces.

Proven experience with frontend build systems and tooling, including Webpack and Rollup, with a focus on performance optimization and developer experience.

Strong testing culture, with hands-on experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests in React (Jest, React Testing Library) and Angular (Jasmine, Karma).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and modern development workflows, using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins to ensure continuous integration and delivery.

Advanced in English is required. French would be a significant plus.

Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing), contributions to open-source projects or public technical writing / talks.
