Purpose of the role :

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, based in our Barcelona office, you'll support growth across European locations. You'll work in a challenging international environment on a mission to make internet privacy the default. Collaborating with talented engineers, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, advise hiring managers, improve hiring metrics, and promote employee well-being.

What you will do :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to closing candidates.
  • Build candidate pipelines and source top talent based on business needs.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Guide hiring managers with insights, market understanding, and data.
  • Identify recruitment process gaps and implement solutions.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects.
  • Contribute to side projects like training, branding, or process improvements.
  • Serve as a People & Culture contact for London / Barcelona offices.

Job requirements :

  • 5+ years experience hiring technical roles (Mobile, Backend, Fullstack, Product Managers, etc.) in international settings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous and able to work asynchronously.
  • Experience promoting the company via social media and events.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
