SCIB / SDS is looking for a JUNIOR QA confirming GTB based in our MALAGA office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Junior QA, you will collaborate on software development projects using Agile techniques. Your responsibilities include designing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

Part of the Supply Chain Finance CIB product team, your main tasks will involve certifying product developments using Agile methodologies, ensuring acceptance criteria of user stories are met with the Product Owner and Business Analyst.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :

• Design test strategies, including manual and automated testing.
• Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Perform manual and automated tests using black box and gray box strategies.
• Define concise, repetitive, and clear test plans, including regression and smoke tests.
• Conduct multiple test cycles to ensure software quality.
• Participate in analyzing product needs and designing solutions.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year of experience with relevant technologies and tools.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Experience with TDD / BDD practices.

Nice to have :

• Knowledge of Trade & Supply Chain Finance products.
• Knowledge of payment channels and formats.
• Knowledge of accounting.

EDUCATION

Higher Education Certificate / University Degree / Master. Technical background is a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Testing Management tools like ALM.
• Testing tools such as SOAP, Postman, JMeter.
• Knowledge of Java and Selenium.
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have :

• Knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of Cucumber.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Ability to work in dynamic organizations with high adaptability to change.
