Your Responsibilities

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our solutions.
  • Provide software-related support and solutions to customers regarding our products.
  • Test new features using Google Tag Manager, WordPress, or Shopify.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams on new features.
  • Train the Customer Support team on our products and integrations.
  • Handle first-level issues such as pricing, invoicing, and product queries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of WordPress plugins, themes, and debugging.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with web development tools like DevTools or Inspect Element.
  • Ability to reproduce and troubleshoot customer scenarios.
  • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge.
  • Ability to draft technical documentation.
  • Strong soft skills and team spirit.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Italian.
  • Understanding of web technologies and software products.
