• Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware / software issues (don’t worry, full training provided).
• Passion for helping others and solving problems like a pro.
• Excellent communication in Italian / French (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Bonus: Prior IT support experience and familiarity with smart home devices.
