We're Hiring: Technical Support Specialist (English Speaking) with proficiency in one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech.

Location: Spain

Full-time position, English fluency required at C2 level.

Are you passionate about IT support and enjoy solving technical challenges? We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience or training in Microsoft and Cloud technologies to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide top-tier technical assistance and troubleshooting to end users.
  2. Support and maintain Microsoft environments, including:
  3. - Microsoft Office
  4. - Outlook
  5. - OneDrive
  6. - Exchange
  7. - SharePoint
  8. - Microsoft Windows
  9. Handle incidents involving data formats and file compatibility.
  10. Communicate clearly with users to resolve issues efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  2. Proficiency in data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.).
  3. Clear and professional communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  4. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
