The role requires an excellent background in next-generation sequencing and involves promoting business opportunities, maintaining customer communication, and supporting market analysis. Ideal candidates will have a PhD or M.S. in molecular biology or genetics, with strong communication and teamwork skills. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from Spain or Portugal.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe. This highly collaborative position requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors to deliver technical support activities that enhance customer satisfaction and promote business growth.

Location: Remote, Spain or Portugal

Job responsibilities:

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Maintain timely communication with customers to solve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when needed.
3. Support analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
4. Conduct market research on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry science and technologies.
5. Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
6. Assist with other business requirements as necessary.

Your skills and experience:

1. PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
2. Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
3. Proactive with a pioneering spirit. Able to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Native language skills are a big plus.
