We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe.

This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location: Remote, Spain or Portugal

Job descriptions:

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Communicate with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
3. Analyze regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
4. Research market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial technologies.
5. Support business travel for client meetings and company events.
6. Support other business needs as required.

Your skills and experience:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
• Experience in high-throughput sequencing preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, with a pioneering spirit.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native language speakers are a plus.
