We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe. This highly collaborative role requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors to deliver technical support activities aimed at customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location : Remote, Spain or Portugal

• Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Engage with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions as needed.
• Analyze regional potential customer groups and gather relevant customer information.
• Conduct market research on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry technologies.
• Travel as required to support client meetings and company events.
• Support other business needs when necessary.

Your skills and experience :

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proactive with a pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native language speakers will have a significant advantage.
