We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location: Remote, Spain or Portugal

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and complete payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Maintain timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions as needed.
3. Support analysis of regional potential customer groups and gather relevant customer information.
4. Conduct market research and analysis on requirements, product competitiveness, and industry technologies.
5. Travel as required to support client meetings and company events.
6. Assist with other business needs as they arise.

Your Skills and Experience:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude, pioneering spirit, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native language proficiency is a significant advantage.
