Formación

• Expérience en séquençage à haut débit est préférée.

• Bilingue en espagnol ou portugais est un atout.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location : Remote, Spain or Portugal

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Maintain timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions as needed.
3. Analyze potential regional customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
4. Conduct market research and analysis on requirements, product competitiveness, and latest technological advancements.
5. Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
6. Support other business requirements as necessary.

Your skills and experience:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Native language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
