Formación

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a relevant field.

Aernnova strengthening its team of Technical Support Manufacturing Department!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Offer a manufacturing engineering service to support repairs performed such as MRO and spare parts manufacturing.
  • Define the manufacturing processes and preparation of technical documentation (Work Orders) for repairs performed by AAS as MRO.
  • Provide manufacturing/process support during repair preparation and development (including analysis of time, tooling, equipment, and material requirements).
  • Analysis of customer technical information (maintenance manuals, SB, drawings, etc.) for manufacturing support and spare parts and tooling offers.
  • Support in resolving technical queries (in the area of repairs).
  • Support for the qualification of special processes.
  • Participate in improvement processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Aeronautical/Industrial Engineer.
  • Previous experience: 3-5 years.
  • High level of English
  • Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at user level
  • Availability to travel

Will be valued:

  • Definition of manufacturing processes, assembly of structures and definition of tooling.
  • Primary part manufacturing methods/techniques/processes (metallic and composite)
  • Non-destructive inspection techniques (metallic and composite).
  • Generation of technical documentation.
  • Interpretation of plans (2D, 3D, PL)
  • Set-up of production tools.
  • Delmia.
  • Line repairs.
