Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Agent will include:

• Supporting clients by providing world-class service to their customers on projects with top prestigious and worldwide brands;
• Identifying issues and offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Accurately recording customer data in the CRM system;
• Providing ad-hoc support as required;
• Collaborating with your team for the success of the team and project.

• Salary package of EUR 25,000 gross per year;
• Permanent contract at 39 hours/week (probation period of 2 months);
• Working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM;
