At Triangle Solutions HR, we specialize in various sectors including Call Centre and BPO, Logistics, Automotive, IT, Industry, Food, and Horeca. With over twenty years of presence in Spain and Portugal, we have employed more than 4,000 people and currently operate 26 offices serving over 800 clients.

We are seeking a Technical Support specialist to assist customers in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and diagnosing problems related to software, network connectivity, or other technical areas.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide accessible support and achieve a high first-resolution rate by utilizing internal knowledge databases.
  2. Quickly identify and diagnose technical problems based on customer descriptions and logs.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, network connectivity, or other technical problems.
Requirements
  • Proficiency or bilingual ability in English plus one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech.
  • Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially Cloud technologies, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
What We Offer
  • Working hours: 39 hours per week, full-time (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00).
  • Contract Type: Permanent, with a 2-month probation period.
  • Salary: €19,447 gross per year.
  • Full paid training on the company and the specific project.
  • Remote work options from Spain if outside Galicia; in Galicia, an office is available in A Coruña.
