Responsibilities of the position:
- Conduct technical discussions during the pre-sales phase to understand customer needs and provide professional guidance in configuring solutions.
- Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers during the pre-sales stage.
- Design and present customized technical solutions, and prepare detailed documentation on product configuration.
- Manage all technical aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial consultation, solution design, and production planning, to delivery support, including documentation, installation, and commissioning.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate market and competitor product information. Draft technical proposals and related materials for internal and external use.
- Handle post-sales issues with distributors in Southern Europe by coordinating with their technical teams, providing solutions, and conducting periodic training.
- Present new products to distributors at launch, explaining features and usage.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and replacement components for distributor after-sales services.
Minimum requirements:
- University degree (bachelor's or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, electrical power, or energy storage sectors.
- Familiarity with renewable energy system architecture, including key components and system integration.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred (non-mandatory) qualifications:
- Experience with energy storage systems, PV inverters, or batteries.
- Practical experience with project management tools or CRM systems.
- Technical certification in renewable energy or related fields.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus.
