The company's product portfolio includes advanced lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery systems, such as the FORCE-H and FORCE-L series, known for their high cycle stability, modular design, and compatibility with various hybrid inverters.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct technical discussions during the pre-sales phase to understand customer needs and provide professional guidance in configuring solutions.
2. Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers during the pre-sales stage.
3. Design and deliver customized technical solutions, including preparing and providing detailed product configuration documentation.
4. Manage all technical aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle—from initial consultation, solution design, and production planning, through to delivery support, including documentation, installation, and commissioning.
5. Collect, analyze, and consolidate market information, including competitor products.
6. Draft technical proposals and relevant documentation for internal and external use.
7. Handle after-sales issues with distributors in Southern Europe by coordinating with their technical staff, providing technical solutions, and conducting regular after-sales training sessions.
8. Present new products to distributors upon launch, explaining features and usage instructions.
9. Manage inventory levels of spare parts and replacement components for distributor after-sales services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related technical fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, power generation, or energy storage sectors.
• Familiarity with renewable energy system architecture, including key components and system integration.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with energy storage systems, PV inverters, or battery technologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools or CRM systems.
• Technical certification in renewable energy systems or related fields.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.
