Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain.
• Provide remote technical support for product issues via telephone, email, and social communication software or apps.
• Conduct field services including onsite inspection and repair, inverter swapping and fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
• Collect product failure data, provide feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with headquarters staff to improve product quality.
• Prepare work reports, troubleshooting documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

1. Power electronics major preferred, preferably with experience in the photovoltaic industry.
2. Ability to learn multiple product series quickly.
3. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Adaptable to frequent business trips, hardworking, able to work under high pressure, and willing to contribute to the company.
6. Familiarity with basic instrumentation such as multimeters, 485 tools, etc.
7. Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to implement goals and plans.
