We are seeking a Senior Mulesoft Platform Support Engineer to lead the operational support and maintenance of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of integration services across the organization.

High proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing the deployment and management of APIs and integrations on CloudHub and hybrid environments.
  2. Implementing and managing monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  3. Leading incident response efforts and performing root cause analysis for platform-related problems.
  4. Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to optimize platform performance.
  5. Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or platform support roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform components.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk or ELK Stack.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
  • English at least C1 level.
