LuxQuanta in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the technical backbone for our global customer base, owning support operations, driving incident resolutions, and ensuring our quantum systems deliver reliable performance in the field.

You will diagnose complex hardware and software environments, analyze logs, and coordinate with Product and R&D teams to resolve deep product issues, while maintaining strong communication with customers in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, or related practical experience.
• 3–4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing complex customer-facing technical cases and escalations.
• Strong hands-on experience in log analysis, system diagnostics, and ticketing/case management workflows.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, independence, and accountability.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Technical Ownership: Act as the primary technical point of contact, managing support cases end-to-end while maintaining trust and proactive communication.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across products, environments, and systems by analyzing logs and system behaviors.
• Incident & Escalation Management: Manage case prioritization under SLAs, handling complex incidents and coordinating with senior engineers for high-impact escalations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Managers, Product, and R&D teams to share customer feedback and resolve deep product issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Maintain precise documentation, build troubleshooting procedures, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.
