Job Description

Your Career

You will work directly with customers to resolve complex post-sales issues, requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of multiple factors. Your role involves technical discussions with diverse teams, translating complex issues for both technical and non-technical audiences. Quick thinking and effective support are essential, especially in high-pressure situations.

Office-based employees are expected to work four days in the office and one day remotely, fostering collaboration and relationship building.

Your Impact
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Assist with configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Manage support cases efficiently
  • Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis
  • Publish technical documentation and support bulletins
  • Review and contribute to training materials and manuals
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for critical issues
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support when required
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI, SSL, TCP/IP, and authentication protocols
  • Experience with firewall management systems
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication security systems
  • Understanding of security services like IDS/IPS and firewalls
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex networks
  • Virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack) is a plus
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, Fortinet products is advantageous
  • Occasional on-call support may be required
