Teltonika Spain in Madrid is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Networks to join our newly established office and support customers, partners, and the local sales team.

You will troubleshoot networking devices, assist during product demonstrations, and collaborate with HQ R&D to resolve complex issues while delivering technical training and documentation. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus a networking background, are essential for success.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and good written and spoken English.
• Technical or engineering education in networking, telecommunications, IT, electronics, or related field.
• Experience in technical support, network engineering, pre-sales, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and technologies.
• Experience with routers, gateways, switches, modems, or related networking equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Spain when required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and integrators using Teltonika Networks products.
• Support the Sales team during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to networking devices, software, connectivity, and product configuration.
• Work closely with HQ technical teams and R&D to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Deliver product training and prepare technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Networks to join our newly established Teltonika office in Madrid and contribute to the continued growth of Teltonika Spain.

Teltonika's Networks Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our solutions are used in Industry 4.0, Smart City, Green Energy, security, transportation, retail, and other demanding connectivity environments.

We are proud of our products developed and manufactured in Lithuania and are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented professional to support customers, partners, and the local sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and integrators using Teltonika Networks products.
• Support the Sales team during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to networking devices, software, connectivity, and product configuration.

What we expect of you:
