Technical Support Engineer for EV Charging Infrastructure (Remote Work in major cities in northern Spain)

Your responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and third-party service providers for issues related to DC fast charging and energy storage.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and other departments to develop after-sales solutions and investigate on-site issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve after-sales technical problems.
• Support bidding processes and project implementations.
• Participate in Madrid Lab maintenance and activities.
• Travel regularly (approximately 20%) to the Madrid Lab.

Requirements :

• Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Energy fields.
• Class B EU driving license.

Preferred qualifications :

• Previous professional experience.
• Passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, energy transition, or electrification.
• Experience in embedded systems or programming is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, customer-focused, with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
