Technical Support Engineer for EV Charging Infrastructure (Remote Work in major cities in northern Spain)

Role Overview

Assist in providing technical support and guidance for customers and third-party service providers to resolve issues related to DC fast charging and energy storage.

Assist in planning and delivering training sessions for customers and partners.

Collaborate with R&D, quality, and other departments to develop after-sales solutions and investigate on-site issues.

Troubleshoot after-sales problems and propose solutions.

Support bidding and project activities.

Participate in Madrid Lab maintenance and activities, with regular visits (~20%) to the Madrid Lab.

Requirements
  • Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Energy fields.
  • Class B EU driving license.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience in related fields.
  • Passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and energy transition.
  • Experience with embedded systems or programming languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven.
  • Willingness to travel.
