Fiery is actively seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on providing expert technical support for digital textile printers, RIP software, and color management workflows.

You will diagnose, install, and troubleshoot software and hardware, while delivering remote and on-site training to customers. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in digital textile printing or related industrial environments, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of technical experience in digital textile printing or related industrial printing environment.
• Experience providing remote technical support and customer training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support through ticketing systems, phone, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, workflow, and printing issues.
• Perform remote installations, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver customer training remotely and on-site.
• Conduct on-site visits for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Document customer cases, solutions, and technical findings.
• Escalate complex issues to Development or QA with details.
• Collaborate with Sales, QA, and Development to improve customer experience.
• Reproduce issues in test environments and validate solutions.
• Support product demonstrations and technical workshops when required.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with customers.
• Travel nationally and internationally when required.
