A leading company in the security technology sector is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Madrid or Barcelona. The ideal candidate will engage in problem-solving for major accounts, manage resources effectively, and conduct product training. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, fluency in Spanish and Chinese, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in relevant field (computer, electronic, communication).
• Fluent in Spanish and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong learning and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support on big accounts problem solving and project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate resources to solve complicated issues.
• Conduct product testing, POC, and customer training.
