A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Service & Support team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues while contributing to product improvements. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues. This role offers flexibility, including the possibility to work up to 100% from home.

English Language : confident in reading, writing, and speaking. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years.
