Your Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:

  • Track and manage customer inquiries through the ticket system.
  • Provide 1st-level customer support, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
  • Offer technical assistance over the phone, helping customers troubleshoot and optimize their energy storage solutions.

Key requirements:

  • You will need to speak either Italian or German fluently for this position, as well as one of the following languages: Hungarian, Dutch, Swedish, Romanian or Czech.
  • Experience in technical support, customer service, or IT support.
  • Knowledge of energy storage systems (highly beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
