Summary

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide remote support to customers through various channels such as web, email, chat, and phone. You will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while managing customer expectations. This position is part of the EMEA team within a 24/7/365 support organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform remote customer support.
  2. Install and configure applications.
  3. Monitor and maintain the Devo platform and software products.
  4. Maintain effective communication with customers via web, email, and phone.
  5. Prioritize and manage workflow.
  6. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  7. Maintain procedural documentation and reports.
  8. Learn and adapt to changing technologies.
  9. Respond to customer calls and emails regarding issues.
  10. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and professionals.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS GovCloud, CloudOne).
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows servers.
  • Experience with database and big data query languages (e.g., SQL, SPL, Linq).
  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish and professional English skills.
  • Desired: Experience with SIEM and/or SOC.
