We are currently looking for a stable incorporation of a Technical Support Engineer for our Noatum Automotive area (Autoterminals) who will provide specialized technical assistance and expertise to ensure smooth operations in Autoterminals. The vacancy is for Barcelona.

Main Functions :

• Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues in vehicles, including EVs, PHEVs, HEVs, and internal combustion vehicles.
• Consultation and Analysis : Interpret automotive technical documentation to provide accurate solutions to complex problems.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor and control vehicle quality, ensuring all systems and components meet high standards.
• Client Support : Deliver specialized technical support to meet client-specific requirements, maintaining excellent service levels.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and share technical insights.
• Continuous Improvement : Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve service delivery and technical operations.
• On-Site Presence : Ensure full-time availability at AutoTerminalBCN to respond to operational needs promptly.

Education and Experience :

Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.

Deep knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including electric and hybrid technologies.

Experience in diagnosing technical and mechanical issues and consulting automotive technical information.

Languages :

English level B2+ / C1 (required).

Spanish level C1 or native.

Other Requirements :

Own vehicle with a Class B driver’s license (for internal terminal movements).

Availability to work 100% on-site at AutoTerminalBCN.
