German & English) Technical Support Consultant (remote)

Join our Technical Support Consultant team today and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment while working remotely from home. This role involves providing exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and chats, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

What you need to succeed :

  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
  • Personal laptop / computer (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
