Join Us

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone and email. You will manage consumable orders, address customer inquiries, and coordinate technician visits to resolve printer issues efficiently. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our service department.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle calls and emails, provide prompt and courteous service.
  • Consumable Orders: Process and manage consumable orders, ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues over the phone or email, provide effective solutions.
  • Technician Coordination: Schedule and dispatch technicians, ensure efficient resource use and timely service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using CRM.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up communications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to improve customer experience and identify issues/trends.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to enhance service quality and processes.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Permanent Contract: 38 hours/week, 08:00-17:30, Monday-Friday.
  • Salary: €23,420/year.
  • Training Included: 100% on-site training at our Barcelona offices.
  • Hybrid Work Model: Flexibility to work remotely after initial training.
  • Working Conditions: Calle Sancho de Ávila, 105 - 08019 Barcelona.
