We’re looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join our IT support team, focused on delivering high-quality assistance in Cloud Solutions to English-speaking clients. This is not a customer service role – candidates must have previous IT support experience in cloud or similar technical environments.

While the role primarily supports the English market (C1 / C2 proficiency required) , a second EU language is required to occasionally assist with other projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert-level technical support in English to users of cloud-based platforms
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a range of cloud infrastructure or SaaS-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex incidents
  • Document issues, solutions, and best practices in ticketing systems and knowledge bases
  • Occasionally support in another EU language if needed for specific project coverage

Requirements

  • A second EU language (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in IT support in Cloud Solutions or similar (non-technical customer service experience is not valid )
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, technical environment

Salary : 18,978.62€ gross / year
