Your Role :
Provide technical assistance and support to clients on software and cloud-based products, including Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Windows.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud technologies, offering solutions via phone, email, or chat.
Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication.
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, utilizing critical and logical thinking to find effective solutions.
Document and manage support cases, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and updates for supported products and services.
Your Qualifications :
Fluent in English (Native level); proficiency in additional languages (Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech) is a strong advantage.
Training or experience in IT technologies / products, with a focus on cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server).
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
The Offer :
Full-time position (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
Fully remote position within Spain, except for the islands. If you reside in Galicia, the role is hybrid.
