Workster is partnering with a world-leading software development company to find a motivated and skilled Technical Support Advisor for their team. Join a dynamic, multicultural environment and start or further your career in the technology and software industry.

Your Role :

  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients on software and cloud-based products, including Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Windows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud technologies, offering solutions via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, utilizing critical and logical thinking to find effective solutions.
  • Document and manage support cases, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and updates for supported products and services.

Your Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English (Native level); proficiency in additional languages (Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech) is a strong advantage.
  • Training or experience in IT technologies / products, with a focus on cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

The Offer :

  • Full-time position (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
  • Fully remote position within Spain, except for the islands. If you reside in Galicia, the role is hybrid.
