Element Solutions Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist to support advanced surface-finishing applications, with a focus on anti-corrosion zinc technologies. You will work with sales teams, troubleshoot processes, and drive technical strategies across a global portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Electroplating or related field, has 5+ years in electroplating, and is fluent in English. Occasional travel within the North of Spain is expected.

Formación

• Technical degree in Electroplating, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least five years of experience in the electroplating or surface-finishing industry.
• Proven hands-on experience providing technical support for electroplating and related chemical processes.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically to support customers and business activities.

Who are we looking for?

As a Technical Specialist, you will bring deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving capabilities to support the implementation and optimization of advanced surface-finishing applications. A solid background in anti-corrosion zinc and zinc-alloy finishing technologies is highly valued and will enable you to make an immediate impact in this role.
