Job Description:

Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)

Environmental Conditions: Office

What will you do?
  • Collaborate across functions within the organization to optimize instrument performance and ensure customer success.
  • Work closely with Applications Support and Field Service Engineers to prioritize activities and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Represent the company professionally in all dealings with customers, both external and internal.
  • Manage service requests and handle administrative responsibilities.
  • Follow company policies, business processes, procedures, and local rules.
  • Maintain customer relationships, document service activities, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Contribute to achieving Global Service & Support targets related to revenue, profit, and service volume.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct technical/hardware support to customers.
  • Focusing on remote resolution and avoiding dispatches when possible.
  • Prioritizing customer experience and loyalty.
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: B.S. or higher in science/engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues on electronic and mechanical instrumentation in a scientific lab, with remote resolution focus.
  • Application experience with Flow Cytometry.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Proficiency in English and good command of French or German.
  • Basic software skills and computer literacy.
