Technical Senior Business Analyst - Flight Operations

Join our crew management implementation team to analyze complex business problems related to aviation flight crew operations. Responsibilities include installing software, data migration, system integration, and supporting high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install software, conduct data migration, and set up system integrations.
  • Create business plans and support documents to align with company goals.
  • Manage high-value projects with significant customer impact.
  • Solve complex problems across multiple systems and domains.
  • Provide strategic planning and future technology recommendations.
  • Assist in system evaluation, development, and cost-effective procedures.
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Support development teams with functionality, testing, and deployment.
  • Guide less experienced analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with crew planning, scheduling, and rules preferred.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C++).
  • Experience with automation, enterprise applications on AWS, and databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
  • SQL/PL SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of integration protocols (SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel macros.
  • Experience in airline crew scheduling or related systems is a plus.
