About This Role

Join our crew management implementation team to analyze complex business problems related to aviation flight crew operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Installing software, conducting data migration, and setting up integrations.
2. Creating business plans and supporting business cases to align with company goals and technical programs.
3. Managing high-value projects with significant customer impact, operating with minimal oversight.
4. Solving complex business problems across multiple domains and technologies.
5. Providing strategic direction and planning for current and future business environments.
6. Identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
7. Acting as a liaison between developers, architects, designers, and customers.
8. Supporting development teams with functionality questions, testing, training, and deployment planning.
9. Guiding less experienced analysts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, with 20+ years preferred.
• Experience in crew planning, scheduling, tracking, and rules is preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.
• Experience in automation, enterprise application installation on AWS, and database management (Oracle, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL, and integration technologies like SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel macros and PowerPoint.
• Experience in crew management systems or airline operations is a plus.
• Understanding of client-server architectures and legacy system integration.
• Domain expertise in airline crew scheduling or flight operations is desirable.
