As a Technical Sales Representativeyou will be provide the technical support about our products while guaranteeing a positive customer experience. You’ll provide prompt, knowledgeable responses to each customer's specific needs, driving value and building strong relationships

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Handle technical enquiries for entire portfolio: solenoid valves, pressure/temperature switch, combustion, sensor, pneumatic…
  • Create and send offers based on customer needs, ensuring that the quotations are technically accurate and sent on time.
  • Provide recommended solutions, corrective action and technical assistance, ensuring that all customer requests are properly handled.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and generate leads through active listening and probing for customers’ requirements and opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop full knowledge of product portfolio; keep update on new products and portfolio evolution: product range evolutions, new products introduction, obsolescence, replacement products.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Technical background in Electronic, Mechanics or Electrics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Good customer sense, strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
  • Cooperative and willingness to interact and work with others
  • Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in Pneumatics or Valves will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Portuguese
