Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Semiconductor Franchised Division, as part of our current global growth strategy. We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Product Sales Engineer to promote franchise brands, focusing on technical capability, cost reduction, and supply chain risk management. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will engage with new and existing customers to secure high-value, design-led projects across our franchise distribution brands in the region.

The role involves working with a diverse range of customers to understand their product design prospects, development roadmaps, and existing project opportunities. Collaborating with the commercial, technical, operations, and product teams, you will promote and sell our partner semiconductor, discrete, passive, and other products.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth of franchise business within assigned region, achieving revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with customers to meet business goals and coordinate with franchise brands and internal teams.
  • Engage with customer engineering and component teams to specify, design, and generate demand for franchise products.
  • Create new customer accounts through lead identification, planning sales calls, customer visits, relationship building, and managing sales from design to order.
  • Understand business challenges and market trends to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with franchise partners and customers.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
Prerequisites and Skills:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
