A pioneering agriculture technology firm based in Comunidad Valenciana seeks a dedicated recruiter to scale its hiring efforts for an autonomous electric tractor team. You will take on an end-to-end recruiting role, working closely with founders to define and fill key technical positions. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and fluency in English and Spanish. Formación

• 5+ years experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, hardware, robotics, industrial, automotive or similar).
• Ability to find and engage high-performing candidates.
• Built hiring processes for a company scaling from <10 to 30+ people.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview design.
• Ensure structured, fair interview processes.
• Coordinate relocation and candidate logistics.
