Caravelo is seeking a Technical QA Intern to join the Professional Services team. You will validate customer-facing changes before they reach production, test in sandbox, investigate unexpected behavior and decide if changes are ready to ship.

You’ll work with APIs, databases, logs, frontend flows and payment transactions, reading code when helpful. This hands-on internship sits close to software engineering and aims to build end-to-end understanding of a B2B SaaS product.

Formación

• Basic programming and software‑development knowledge from your studies, personal projects or other hands‑on experience.
• Enough technical curiosity to explore APIs, databases, logs and code when investigating a problem.
• Some familiarity with APIs, SQL/databases and Git — you do not need to be an expert.
• A methodical mindset and the instinct to understand why something broke rather than simply report that it did.
• Ability to explain what you found clearly enough for someone else to reproduce it.
• Professional working English and confidence using AI tools thoughtfully as part of your work.

Responsabilidades

• Test changes before they ship.
• Validate functional and visual changes in sandbox as they move into testing.
• Understand what each change is supposed to achieve and verify it behaves correctly.
• Clearly document failures so another person can reproduce and investigate them.
• Run end‑to‑end checks to make sure complete customer journeys continue working after changes.
• After deployment, perform exploratory checks in production to confirm the real environment behaves as expected.
