Caravelo is seeking a Technical QA Intern to validate customer-facing changes before they reach production. You will test in sandbox, understand expected outcomes, and document failures clearly for reproducibility.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product and Professional Services to ensure end-to-end quality across APIs, databases, logs and payments, while learning how a complex SaaS product operates in a real-world airline context.

Formación

• Basic programming and software-development knowledge from studies, projects or hands-on experience.
• Enough technical curiosity to explore APIs, databases, logs and code when investigating a problem.
• Some familiarity with APIs, SQL/databases and Git — you do not need to be an expert.
• A methodical mindset and the instinct to understand why something broke rather than simply report that it did.
• Ability to explain what you found clearly enough for someone else to reproduce it.
• Professional working English and confidence using AI tools thoughtfully as part of your work.

Responsabilidades

• Test changes before they ship by validating functional and visual changes in sandbox.
• Help ensure releases are validated and untested changes do not reach customers.
• Investigate issues using logs, API calls and data inspection to reproduce problems.
• Improve testing and release processes with lightweight automation and scripts.
