Avarda Bank in Málaga, Spain, is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen our credit card development team within a distributed, international setup. You will safeguard quality across internal and customer-facing systems, working closely with developers, team leads and delivery managers to drive innovation throughout the SDLC.

The role focuses on diverse testing types, collaboration on defect handling, and building reliable, user-friendly software that meets business and banking standards.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience as a QA Engineer across unit, integration, and performance testing.
• REST API testing with Postman and automated regression with Selenium in C#, backend and frontend.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and MSSQL, including data querying and validation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices from close collaboration with developers and analysts.
• Excellent communication to explain issues to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business, analysts and developers to understand requirements.
• Plan test activities for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Support user acceptance testing.
• Cooperate with developers on defects and improvements.
• Create and execute test cases to identify defects and ensure reliability.
• Execute tests manually or with automated tools and report defects.
• Write and maintain test documentation.
• Log and track defects and verify fixes.
