YOUR MISSION

Glovo is building the future of cities by enabling anyone to get any product from any store in their city delivered in minutes.

Based in our Barcelona HQ, reporting to the Head of Platforms as the Platforms Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with our Live Operations, Product Tech teams, and other stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Commercial, Growth, Innovation) to define and deploy platform features that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

We aim to build platforms and tools that integrate seamlessly with existing processes and workflows. This role will lead efforts to achieve operational excellence through continuous improvement of Live Operations solutions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own and improve platform performance metrics by enhancing integration of processes, information, and tools.
  • Guide the platform roadmap, define success metrics and KPIs.
  • Create impact assessments and business cases aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions meeting business needs.
  • Proactively understand operational challenges and develop standardization solutions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across countries, vendors, and operations managers.
  • Work with live operations teams to implement and adopt new platform features.
  • Track impact of changes on performance, efficiency, and costs.
  • Ensure strong communication and serve as primary contact for stakeholders.
  • Set project goals, develop plans, and maintain timelines and budgets.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience in fast-paced environments, solving ambiguous problems.
  • Stakeholder management skills, motivating teams, influencing others, and making decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in business cases and impact analysis.
  • Project management skills and effective time utilization.
  • Innovative approach to validating ideas and driving impact.
  • Curiosity about product and business development.
  • People skills, collaborative and empathetic approach.
  • Understanding of customer support platforms (CRM, telephony, LMS, KB, WFM, QA).
  • Experience in customer service environments is a plus.
  • Data-driven with qualitative and quantitative research skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
