About the job

KD is a stable and leading international manufacturer of high-speed optical transceivers. As a Project Manager, and reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Sales, R&D and Production departments to coordinate and guarantee the delivery of projects in time.

Knowledge :

1. Education: Minimum BSc in Engineering or any equivalent degree, ideally with experience in electronics or telecommunication.
2. Experience: A minimum of 5 years working within the electronics, telecommunications or automotive industry.
3. Know-how: Knowledge in areas of communication transceivers, ethernet networking at PHY level, optical communications and/or electronic products development.

Tasks :

1. Keep track of every milestone that affects project deadlines and deliverables.
2. Communicate at company-level the status of the timelines and critical path of projects and developments by keeping track of the development stages, milestones, validation tests, samples and production dates releases.

Skills :

1. Soft Skills: Your work approach is defined by Customer Orientation, accountability, teamwork, consistency, autonomy, and a focus on achieving results. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear customer messages are essential. Easy with people. Great interpersonal skills. Negotiator.
2. Project management.
3. Others: Proficient language skill in English both written and spoken, is a must (All written documentation is in English).
