GSK is seeking a Technical Project Manager in a hybrid Barcelona-based role to drive software delivery initiatives for R&D platforms and application development programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreams within a structured, Scrum-based framework.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical project management, strong Agile experience, and a solid SDLC background.

Formación

• 3+ years in Technical Project Management or similar role.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Understands Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Track record delivering software projects from planning through execution.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Hands-on with Jira and Confluence for reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (GCP a plus).
• Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical settings advantageous.

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support software delivery initiatives for a leading pharmaceutical company’s R&D platforms and application development programs. This role is focused on driving successful project execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring on‑time delivery across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Program Managers within a hybrid Agile delivery environment, combining structured governance with Scrum based execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across multiple software development initiatives.

• Experience managing cross‑functional teams, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience in cloud environments (GCP preferred) is a plus.
• Experience within Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical environments is advantageous.

• Availability to provide coverage and collaborate during US East Coast business hours.
